Once we receive a signed property management agreement (which is typically handled digitally) and keys to your property, we will begin marketing your home! We will do property inspection and assess the situation, then communicate with you as to what we recommend, and what you are comfortable with. One they property is vacant / cleaned-up & all legal registration requirements are met, we will begin marketing your home! 

In most cases our goal is to have your home rented with in 30-45 days.

The is a complex question which requires very detailed research, our team will conduct market analysis to determine the current rental rate for the neighborhood your property is located.

 Communication can be the top causes of delays. Be available and timely when we request approval, or information.  Make sure the home is in good condition. 

  The property owner assumes responsibility for repair costs themselves. 

   Rent is late after the 5th. When rent is late, we handle all documentation & court proceeding's
